These terms govern your use of everbloomfaux.shop and every order placed on it. The site is operated by Ever Bloom Faux, a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Using the site means you accept them.
1. The seller
Ever Bloom Faux is a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading entirely online — there is no shop, showroom or counter open to the public. The address at the foot of this page is our registered and dispatch address. Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy each form part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older, or supervised by a parent or guardian, and able to contract under Indian law. Guest checkout is available. Activity under your login is treated as yours, so keep the password private. We may suspend an account used for fraud, for abuse of the returns process, or for interference with the site.
3. Products and specifications
We sell Air Purifiers. Room coverage, filter class and filter service life are listed as published by the manufacturer of that item. Two points stated so they are never a surprise: a faint plastic or carbon smell in the first hours of running, and a filter that ships sealed in plastic which must be removed before use is normal and not a defect; and unless the page lists it we do not supply replacement filters beyond the one fitted.
We are not an authorised distributor of any third party and we do not offer a six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own. Where the maker provides one, the card in the box governs it. What we cover is condition on arrival, under the Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery only; we do not accept cards or PayPal, and we do not offer EMI. Orders of ₹5,999 and above ship free, with a flat ₹149 below that. Where a price or specification was displayed in error we may cancel the affected order and refund in full rather than supply on wrong terms.
5. Orders and our right to refuse
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms on dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel — out of stock, pricing error, unserviceable PIN code, unverifiable payment, suspected fraud — refunding in full within 5 to 7 business days. We may limit quantities per customer.
6. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Handling is 1 to 2 business days; transit is 3 to 9 business days; total 4 to 11 business days. Estimates are not guarantees. Cancellation is free before dispatch. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused goods complete in the original packaging with the invoice, and approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. You are asked to check the carton before accepting, to film the unboxing, and to report damage within 48 hours. The individual policies prevail over this summary.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape the catalogue, to introduce malicious code, to place fraudulent orders, or to attempt access to non-public areas. We may withdraw access for any of these.
8. Intellectual property
Text, layout, photography, graphics and the logo on everbloomfaux.shop belong to Ever Bloom Faux and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for personal use; you may not republish or exploit them commercially without written permission. Third-party names appearing in a specification remain their owners and are used only to describe fit or compatibility.
9. Third-party links
We link to courier tracking pages and manufacturer manuals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
The site and the goods are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the site or from delay in delivery. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Indemnity and force majeure
You agree to hold us harmless against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the site. We are not in breach where performance is prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including monsoon flooding, natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, transport strikes, government restrictions and courier-network failure.
12. Grievance redressal
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer below. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. No other country law or forum applies.
14. Changes
We may revise these terms; the version in force for your order is the one published when you ordered.
