Overview
This cancellation policy permits customers to cancel their orders as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Modifications to orders are also allowed under these terms.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must reach support before 2:00 PM MST on the dispatch day. Orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled; once dispatched, the order is handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps: (a) email support@everbloomfaux.shop with your order ID, customer name, and reason for cancellation; OR (b) call +16502206819 during Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). Closed: Sunday & Public Holidays; (c) expect a response within 1 business day; (d) once approved, the refund will follow the Refund After Cancellation section below.
Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers should follow the Return & Refund Policy and use the prepaid return shipping label included in the package; the return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
Refund After Cancellation
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD, within 5 business days after we receive the returned item; the bank may take an additional 1–2 business days before the refund appears on their statement.
Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation, processing, or restocking fees for cancellations made before dispatch. Customers receive a full refund of the order amount paid.
Order Modifications
Requests for changes to the order details, including address, size, quantity, or items, must reach support before 2:00 PM MST on the dispatch day, through the same email or phone channels above. Modifications after dispatch will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
